Rural Western Australia 360 degree view at night
Many of our dark sky images of Comet Lovejoy were photographed at a dark sky location, about 70 kilometres east of Perth, in the wheatbelt and sheep rural area. This 360 by 180 degree QTVR image was recorded almost at full moon, during January 2012. The landscape is strongly illuminated by the moonlight.
